Awaken Your Inner Child: A Journey Through Songs and Play
Step into a world of joy, laughter, and healing as we embark on a transformative journey to reconnect with our Inner Child. In this singing circle and inner child workshop, we’ll use the power of song, play, and creative expression to explore the innocence, curiosity, and wonder of our younger selves.
Through uplifting songs and playful activities, we’ll invite our inner child to step forward and heal, releasing old wounds and rediscovering the freedom to be fully present, spontaneous, and authentic. This session will guide you to honor both the light and shadow of your past, allowing you to integrate and heal all aspects of who you are.
Come with an open heart, ready to embrace your childlike joy and playful spirit. Whether through singing, laughter, or simple acts of creative expression, this workshop will help you reconnect with the core of your being, allowing you to rediscover the magic of life’s simplest pleasures.
The workshop is based on Jungian Shadow Work.

⏳ 13:00-13:30 Welcome, Smudging & Grounding
🔥 13:30-14:30 Cacao Ceremony + Intention Setting + Inner Child Connection Meditation
📚 14:30 -15:30 Inner Child Workshop, Exercises (lead by Eva & Barby)
🎵15:30 – 16:30 Singing together 3-4 songs with guitar (lead by Eva)
🔔 16:30-17:00 Integration and sound healing (Eva, Barby)
🌿 17:00-17:30 Closing circle & Sharing Experience
💰 Contribution: 39-49-59 CHF
How to find us: Go up the ramp on the left side of the building and then you’ll see the entrance to the building. The room is straight ahead 🙂
