Kundalini Rising is more than an ecstatic dance event—it’s an immersive experience where ancient rituals meet intuitive movement, sacred rhythms, soulful music, healing through connection, and energy activation.

🎵 Open Your Heart with Cacao & Song

We begin by grounding through smudging and intention-setting, followed by a heart-opening cacao ceremony. As the sacred medicine flows, we’ll unite our voices in a singing circle, weaving connection through sound and vibration. This is where community, presence, and inner harmony take root.

💃 Move Into Freedom with Ecstatic Dance

From this heart-centered space, we rise into ecstatic dance, guided by eclectic rhythms inspired by Shamanic / Andean landscapes, Hindu melodies, and tribal beats. No choreography, no expectations—just pure, intuitive movement. Let the music carry you beyond the mind, into expression, release, and joyful embodiment.

✨ Sacred Life Force Activation

As the rhythms settle into stillness, we’ll close with a sacred activation of your inner life force —the subtle vital energy known across cultures as prana, chi, or Kundalini.

With the support of sound and energy work from our trained facilitators—a Reiki Master and a Vocal Alchemist—you’ll be gently guided to reconnect with this natural flow through music, intention, and mindful facilitation. This process requires nothing but openness—no effort, only a willingness to feel and receive.

It’s an opportunity to release what no longer serves you, restore balance, and leave feeling grounded, clear, and recharged—with a renewed sense of vitality, presence, and connection to your vibrant, embodied essence.

This intuitive process supports the shedding of stagnant energy, the opening of energetic pathways, and a deep realignment of mind, body, and spirit.

🤍 Closing Circle & Community Potluck

We’ll complete our journey by gathering in a closing circle, followed by a nourishing potluck—a space to share food, stories, and authentic connection. We invite you to contribute a vegetarian or vegan dish as we anchor the day’s energy in the community.
