Yana Dance Therapy Nov 1.
🗓 Date: Saturday, November 1.
🕑 Time: 19:00-21:30
📍 Location: GZ Leimbach – Zürcher Gemeinschaftszentren KURSRAUM
Step into your authentic self with movement and music. Yana Dance Movement is our playful experiment inspired by 5Rhythms, ecstatic dance, biodanza, authentic movement, and more. Every gathering is unique — new group, new energy, new flow.
There are no steps to follow, no performance — just freedom. Sometimes guided, sometimes free. Music may rise from silence into wild rhythms, inviting you to explore, play, and connect.
Yana Dance Therapy is a therapeutic and creative practice blending ecstatic dance, 5 Rhythms, and Authentic Movement. It helps you release stuck emotions, reconnect with yourself and your environment, and cultivate the feeling of freedom by expressing your authentic self. It also builds trust in others by allowing yourself to follow their lead.
Through guided solo, group, and partner exercises, you’ll practice responding to your surroundings with presence rather than reacting, deepening connection, self-awareness, and emotional resilience—all within a safe and supportive space for self-expression and growth.
